HOW ARE FOUNDATION FUNDS USED?
Contributions to the Anchor Bay Community Foundation are put into an Endowment and invested by our finance committee. These funds have been used to establish, administer, and award grants and scholarships. To date, more than $100,000 in grants has been awarded for cultural and educational seminars and conferences, music, dance and drama programs, safety and health programs, youth and senior wellness programs and equipment.

HOW ARE GRANTS AWARDED?
The Board reviews grant applications monthly. Applicants must demonstrate goals that meet with the Foundation's mission to promote lifelong learning for children and families, to enhance and strengthen existing cultural, social and educational opportunities, or to provide an innovative program that will promote physical and/or mental wellness among the youth and seniors of the community beyond those already supported by public resources.
